A VERY big weekend of dancing for our troupes at Starstruck Dance Competition!! We had all of our troupes performing & we couldn’t be prouder of them! 🌟

Our Junior & Inter troupes started off very early in the morning but didn’t let that stop them from bringing the energy! They all came with impeccable grooming too, way to go parents! 👏🏼

Our Senior & Advanced troupes had a bit of a later start, but equally long days & we are so proud of every dancer! Both teams had a new routine they were debuting for the first time & were fabulous! We’re so proud of the hard work these girls put into their dancing - it definitely showed onstage! 🕺🏼

A HUGE shoutout to all of our teachers that were there to support our dancers, none of this would be possible without you, we love you! 🥰

On Saturday, our Senior Troupe students were lucky enough to have a special presentation from past Knox Dance student, Holly! ⭐

Holly came in to speak to our dancers about pre-performance nutrition & how important it is to properly fuel our bodies before taking the stage! Holly is a qualified nutritionist & is currently studying Dietetics - she's the perfect person to share her knowledge with our dancers 🙌🏼

We're so lucky to have past students like Holly return to the studio and share their expertise with our dancers! It’s so special to see our KD students continue to grow beyond the studio & help teach our next generation of dancers 🥹💜💚

Two of our beautiful soloists, Jess & Larissa, competed at Stage Attack competition last weekend & came home with some fabulous results! In some HUGE & highly competitive sections, our girls held their own and performed so beautifully, they make us prouder & prouder every single time they step onto the stage 🥹💜💚

Weekend 3 of our Southern Federation of Dance exams is all over & our dancers presented themselves with such grace, we couldn’t be prouder! BIG congratulations to every one of our exam candidates 🙌🏼

Our 2026 is wrapped up for our younger dancers, but our Senior & Advanced dancers aren’t done yet! Our major exam session is still to come in September & we are so excited! We have some HUGE exam milestones coming up for our dancers 💜💚

Our first round of Southern Federation of Dance exams this weekend were a great success! 🙌🏼

Our youngest dancers were up first this weekend, completing their Level 1 & 2 Classical and Jazz exams, as well as our Prep students completing the Foundation syllabus in their first EVER dance exam! 🥹

We are SO proud of all the hard work our gorgeous students have been putting into their classes - of course none of this would be possible without our wonderful teachers! 💜💚

We can't wait for even more of our students to participate in round 2 of exams this week 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Our Advanced Troupe competed at Follow Your Dreams Competitions this weekend for their first comp of the year & we couldn't be prouder! 🌟🌟

These girls are already off the such an amazing start to comp season - we can't wait to see what else they have in store for the rest of the year 🤩❤️‍🔥
