It’s been two weeks since I moved back to Toronto from Melbourne. 😢 and I’m ready to go back already.
But here’s everything I’ve been up to.
1. I forgot how the big the city was
2. PRO: get to spend more time with the dad.
And gonna spend some time getting my dad jacked and strong so he can live until 120.
3. Gotta say hi to the legend VC
4. Good coffee is impossible to find. But when you find it it’s a blessing.
5. The Cellar such a beautiful gym
6. Glad to see the bro Brandon Michael Christopher and see what he’s doing with ELITE MVMT | Rehab & Performance
Time to do more content.

Who has sprained their ankle?
Who has only rested and iced their ankle before returning to sport?
Who then has repeatedly sprained their ankle more after OR had another injury after their ankle injury?
If you answered YES - then you need to stop letting your weak ankles take you off the court
You NEED to be training your ankles to regain the strength and reactivity in similar angles and speeds of the court.
Otherwise you’re just waiting for the next roll.

Patients don't care about the technical jargon that you give them.
They just want to know that you understand them, their pain and if you can give them a plan to help them.
And when you do explain it to them - keeping it as simple as possible can make you job a lot easier.
“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough” - Albert Einstein
Is there anything else you would add/change?
