⭐ Special Event Casual Class: Cat Pilates (Pilates with Kitties!) ⭐

This term break, come and meet our insta-famous studio cats Sailor and Lula - and get in a Mat Pilates workout while you are at it!!

Mat Pilates is a floor-based exercise routine that uses a mat for support, focusing on building core strength, flexibility, breathwork and posture through controlled, mindful movements. Join certified pilates instructor Poppy for a mat work class focused on developing core strength and posture for performance. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and often use bodyweight, though some may incorporate small props like resistance bands or balls. Please bring your own mat for this class.
