Thank you to the organisers of for inviting Dale to sit on the expert panel for Moving for the Body and Mind for Prostate Cancer on Thursday afternoon.
Our team at Moving Beyond Cancer also loved putting participants through their paces with impact, strength and balance training; all important components of exercise that can help counteract the side effects of prostate cancer treatment.
The session demonstrated another benefit of exercise that we sometimes underestimate: the power of exercising together. There were plenty of smiles and laughs in the room, and it was a great reminder that exercise is just as valuable for the mind as it is for the body.
A fantastic session and it was such a privilege to be part of it π
