Studio’s closed Friday, and as an added bonus, Mysore replaces led on Sunday for the last Sunday of the month. Saturday class is on as normal.
Enjoy the rest. The asana will still be there when you get back. 💤

Full Moon on Thursday, 30th of July. Studio closed. Then Friday and Sunday are end-of-month Mysore instead of led. Dandāsana under a waterfall seems like an acceptable substitute. Josie Hayden Photography
A double announcement 👯
It’s end-of-month, so Mysore replaces led on Friday and Sunday. It’s also the full moon on Tuesday 30 June so the studio will be closed. In other words: the yoga calendar has conspired to give you a long-ish weekend.
It’s a public holiday on Monday the 8th of June so Mysore is on from 7am to 9am. Enjoy the long weekend! 👑
It’s all about balance.
As we slide into the last weekend of the month (and somehow, June) Mysore will replace led class this Friday. The full moon lands on Sunday, so the studio will be closed.
Saturday is on as usual.
Rest when it’s time to rest. Practise when it’s time to practise. Try not to ask where half the year went.

🌕 Full moon this Saturday (2 May)… and yes, we’re closing the studio before anyone tries to outdo this level of backbend energy.
No classes, no chaos—just a good excuse to rest, reset, and maybe blame the moon for everything.
