Online Yoga classes whilst restrictions are in place to cater for all levels and abilities only $10.0 Yoga is a different journey for everyone.

I design my classes around my participants needs and abilities. I have many years teaching experience in the fitness industry, and have taught all age groups and levels. No bookings are required. Only $15.00 per class, or $120.00 for a ten class pass. No need to sign up for courses. Bring a Yoga mat and a blanket for Relaxation.
