We’ve had a the absolute honour to host an exhibition that was turned away by many other galleries because of their own reasons for which we respect.

But our freedom means we can use art to evoke our feelings and our stories.

This is the last weekend to view this incredible exhibition by Palestinian AND Jewish artists who are uniting in hopes that the world does too.
Uniting in efforts to spread the message that we must stop war now.
That we don’t give up.

It’s been over 1000 days of war in Gaza, and yes many other countries around the world too unfortunately are at war too.

We are the privileged ones who have it all and the least we can do is allow their voices to be heard and also to choose our own actions of what we wish to do about it.

We hope we do all we can.

Please visit this group exhibition of 10+ artists from the Gaza Strip. Only their digital works are available for purchase with proceeds going back to all of them.

SOUL SUNDAY: AN IMMERSIVE WELLNESS • SOUND • CONNECTION JOURNEY

Soul Sunday is one of Artful Yoga Gallery’s most immersive and transformative experiences.

This special session invites you into a deeply embodied journey where meditation, sound, movement and presence open doorways to expanded awareness and emotional release.

Guided meditation and yoga, live performance weaved workshops with storytelling work together to gently access the subconscious — the place where unprocessed emotions, old narratives, and quiet longings often live.

The body is given permission to release what it has been holding.
This is not about forcing breakthroughs.
It’s about creating safety for truth to arise.

As you expose yourself to this curated program with intention and surrender to the present moment, many experience a deep sense of clarity, self-compassion and reconnection — to themselves, to others, and to what truly matters. Soul Sunday is designed to cultivate self-love, forgiveness and gratitude, supporting more aligned relationships, creativity and purpose beyond the session.

Whether you are new to inner-work or already walking a conscious path, Soul Sunday meets you exactly where you are. No prior experience is needed — only a willingness to feel, listen, and arrive fully.

We truly don’t have the words.
What we feel runs deeper than language — a shared grief for what is unfolding in our communities.

That people feel fear over what they wear, how they pray, or the colour of their skin is devastating. No one should have to question their safety because of their identity.

Artful Yoga Gallery was created for this very reason:
to build unity, to heal together beyond clinical spaces, and to remind us that people need people.

Now more than ever, we see how vital access to community, wellbeing programs, and collective support truly is.

So we ask ourselves — what can we offer?

In light of the recent events in Bondi, our hearts are with everyone affected and with the ripple of grief moving through our communities.

When words fall short, we offer presence.

This week, all classes at Artful Yoga Gallery are free to the public — offered as a space to gather, ground, and reconnect 🤍
Because community heals what words cannot.

Before we pause for a short closure break next week, we’re opening space this week for those who need it most.
