There’s nothing inherently wrong with sitting in a chair. It can be just one part of a diverse movement-rich diet. What’s the best thing about your job?
Helping people.
Some mornings as I’m scraping myself to work I remember something Brett Anderson said at a PAA conference. It was something like ‘Today I have an opportunity to help x amount of people move and feel better within themselves’. It’s such a wonderful way to just be in the moment. Everything else can wait.

I've been keeping busy learning so much fantastic work with The Neuro Studio/Pilates for Neurological Conditions

Whilst we wade through the 3rd year of Covid, we are also celebrating this milestone. I love our little business, I love that we can continue to learn and thrive in the challenges of moving people.
I'm honoured to be doing it with my husband and best friend.

These beauties wandered in the yard today, causing a bit of ruckus amongst the traders as we all worried to keep them safe and hydrated in this heat. They were eventually captured and collected and released 😃💚
