For the past 9 weeks, this crew has shown up every Sunday ready to put in the work. Whether you were training for HYROX Sydney, preparing for Melbourne or simply challenging yourself to try something new, we’re so proud of what you’ve achieved.

The effort, consistency and energy you all brought each week made this group something special 🙌

Over the past few weeks, BFT Epping took on The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness for men’s mental health and help spark conversations that matter💛💪

Some days it was after class. Some days we were tired, sore or simply didn’t feel like doing another rep, but we showed up anyway.

Because that’s what a community does. We support each other, lift each other up and remind one another that no one has to do it alone.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved and contributed to something bigger than fitness. Together, we pushed for awareness, connection and change 🤝

Two weeks into the new training block and things are starting to feel familiar...but more intentional 📈

The sessions aren’t changing randomly, they’re building. Same structure, same purpose, just slightly more demand each week as your body adapts.

What felt new in week one is now starting to feel smoother, more controlled, more repeatable and that’s exactly what progression is meant to look like!

Some sessions are asking for more output, some are asking for more control, but everything has a reason behind it. Nothing is placed by accident.

Stay consistent, trust the structure and let the block do what it’s designed to do 💪
