In the grand tapestry of my radio career, I had the privilege of crossing paths with a truly genuine soul, Mr. John Blackman. A man grounded in humility, brimming with consideration, and radiating respect, he was a beacon of greatness in every sense. His unique perspective on life’s many situations was always rooted in honesty, and his readiness to lend a helping hand with invaluable advice was a testament to his character.

The void left by your absence, Mr. Blackman, is palpable, and I find myself missing your presence more with each passing day. The pride and honor I feel for having had the opportunity to know you will forever be etched in my heart.

Your comedic brilliance was a gift that you generously shared, warming the hearts of many with an ease that seemed almost effortless. Your unwavering courage in the face of adversity was a sight to behold; I never once saw you surrender.

The lessons I’ve learned from you are countless, and for that, I am eternally grateful. As you rest, well-deserved and peaceful, I look forward to the day we meet again in the next scene. Thank you, Mr. Blackman, for everything.

Wanted to send an early Christmas Card to you all, have a great break everyone, and hope you get spoilt by the big guy in the red suit, with the funny-looking dogs that fly :-)
