Some of the best decisions I’ve ever made looked irresponsible to people who didn’t understand them…

Quitting my full time job when I had zero clients lined up.
Becoming a single mum.
Solo travelling through South America after a breakup.
Investing over 100k into my growth.
Taking action before I ever felt ready.

What feels risky to one person feels like freedom to another!

None of these lessons came from books or courses.
Most of them came from making mistakes, learning the hard way and realising that the things holding me back, were often my own behaviours, habits and ways of thinking…

Building the life I have now wasn’t about finding the perfect strategy or always trying to be perfect. It was about becoming a completely different person!

Less reactive.
More focused.
More intentional.

Some of these lessons took years to learn. And if I’m being honest, some of them I’ve had to learn over and over again.

For years, I thought getting in shape would require becoming someone else.

Someone more disciplined.
More motivated.
More confident.
More organised.
Someone who never missed a workout and always made the ""right"" choices.

But the longer I've been around women on their fitness journeys, the more I've realised that's not what creates lasting results.

The women who succeed aren't the ones who do everything perfectly.

They're the ones who keep showing up after the stressful week.
After the missed workout.
After the holiday.
After the emotional eating.
After life doesn't go to plan.

They stop treating every setback like proof they're failing.

And start seeing consistency for what it really is: coming back, again and again.

Getting in shape isn't about becoming a different person.

It's about building trust with yourself.

Learning that you can have a bad day without giving up.
Learning that progress doesn't disappear overnight.
Learning that your worth isn't tied to how perfectly you follow a plan.

Because the real transformation isn't just physical.

It's becoming the kind of woman who knows she doesn't have to be perfect to be proud of herself. 🤍
