If you are a woman in leadership, an entrepreneur, or the main earner in your household, then Uberwoman is for you. Uberwoman brings together those who are looking for connection and support in a world where being an alpha woman can be a dirty word. Great way to spend a chilly Saturday in Melbourne - today I'm attending "Prosper from your Passion" with Benjamin Harvey - such great value being offered in the room, a great vibe and so many insights. This topic aligns so well with my own passion for helping Female Breadwinners become Corporate Refugees!

Today I lost my debit card. A lovely gentleman (Adam) found it and contacted me. Most people would say "my faith in humanity is restored", but my general attitude is that most people are decent, and I'm yet to be proved wrong. What you focus on is what you attract - hands down. The Musings of a Middle-Aged Science Geek:

When I was in high school, I chose Human Biology as one of my electives because I've always been fascinated with how we function. Psychology became a passion later in my life, as I became more curious about why we do the things we do.

Well, here is where BIOLOGY meets PSYCHOLOGY: I came across a magazine article the other day, written by a female doctor and former triathlete. One of the things that jumped out at me was how our exercise regime should be tied into our monthly cycle - for optimum results. I was never taught this, and it makes so much sense!

So ladies, STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP about not being motivated to go to the gym - it could just be your BODY and BRAIN telling you this is not the right time FOR YOU!
