The double kettlebell clean is one of the most powerful movements in the BFT toolkit, and one of the most butchered. 😅
Coach Chris breaks it down step by step so you can nail it every single time.
Here's what to lock in:
➡️ Kettlebells together, stand a foot's reach back
➡️ Feet wide enough to get both bells between your knees
➡️ Watch off (or turned around) before you touch anything
➡️ Hinge, pack those shoulder blades, tilt the handles in
➡️ Hike powerfully, thumb to bum, and let the momentum do the work
Clean technique = more power, less injury, better results across every session.

Last Sunday, we brought the nervous system back online with Niamh, one of our members and a breathwork facilitator who knows her stuff. We're talking better sleep, faster recovery, and actually waking up feeling it, not just going through the motions.
