✨How does Yoga and Creative Dance come together? I think this photo shows it well. In this class the students were encouraged to move and come still in a graceful way, with a prop and with their peers, inspired by the dynamics of music and space. Stillness is just as important as the movement. Nothing is choreographed. This is how we practice being in the moment.
