Yesterday, our Fit for life had a fabulous day at the event Maling Road AutoClassico.

Showcasing more than 300 hand-selected classic and exotic vehicles it was a great outing in the sunshine 🌞

Wow what an amazing adventure today was at Kryal Castle! 🏰

We loved seeing all the different dogs dressed up, watching the show with incredible Knights and horses as they battled in the championship Joust.

Axe throwing was a fun experience, archery and exploring the castle.

Overall a fabulous road trip!

Today has been a super fun day with our Fit for Life crew!

Our participants had an absolute blast at a new venue, mini golf at Hole in one. The 9 holes are inspired by the world’s biggest games, movies, and pop culture icons.

From learning sportsmanship skills taking turns, patience, physical skills such as hand eye coordination, balance and stability it was a great day.

We finished off the day playing some skill testing games, winning prizes!

Well first of all GO THE BLUES!

For the first time ever, our Saturday group was invited to watch the match directly by the Carlton football club and AFL at Marvel to see the AFL match, Carlton vs Fremantle.

We stopped for lunch also at Friends of fire, all meals were delicious and staff were super accommodating!

What an amazing afternoon! We really enjoyed watching Carlton win!

Today has been a fun and educational day with our Fit for Life crew.

We stepped back in time and attended the ROME - Empire, Power, People Exhibition. We had our own tour guide who was great telling us about the history.

We saw ancient Roman artifacts and learnt about their daily life. With over 150 original items from the period spanning the 1st to 3rd century CE are presented, making its inaugural display in this city. We learnt the history of gladiators and saw different statues, mosaics, paintings and coins.

We enjoyed our lunch at Bentleigh RSL.

Overall a fabulous day.

What a lovely day full of sunshine, Supercars, cute puppies, markets and yummy food! Our Fit for Life crew had a ball!

15/08/2026

Today has been a lovely day in the fresh air exploring the Dandenong Ranges.

First stop was lunch at Kelly’s Bar. All of our meals were delicious.

For the rest of the afternoon we spent getting our steps up and exploring William Ricketts Sanctuary which features nearly 100 mystical clay sculptures of First Nations Australians and wildlife embedded in a lush rainforests.

We finished up our afternoon stopping at the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Gardens, we really loved the waterfall and bird life.

Today has been a SUPER EXCITING day with our Fit for life crew!

Our Fit for life crew were lucky enough to return and participate in the live studio recording audience on a TV show on channel 9 called….Tipping point ⭐️

Being apart of the audience was a fabulous experience and our participants did a fantastic job at remembering all the correct directions by the producer.

We were also lucky enough to meet host Todd Woodbridge !

We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at Brighton hotel and played a few fun skill testing games.

Overall a fabulous day and you may see us on Chanel 9 soon 🌟

Today has been a super fun day!

First stop was lunch at Seoul Garden buffet, an amazing variety for everyone. Perfect way to catch up on everyone’s week.

After lunch there were options for our participants to see 2 options of movies or an option to attend Artvo and bowling.

Everyone had such a fabulous time.

Today has been a fun and creative day indoors, perfect way to escape Melbourne’s cold.

First stop was lunch at our local favourite Chinese restaurant. All meals were delicious as always!

We spent the rest of the afternoon learning a new technique of candle making - Fruit jelly jam candles.

There was a range of different styles to choose from Orange, lemon, strawberry, cherry, mango or mixed fruits with a different fragrances to select.

Overall a fun day for all.
