WE’RE HIRING

Webster Built is looking for an experienced and capable tradesperson to join our small team based on the Mornington Peninsula.

We design and install premium custom golf simulators across Australia, working on high-end residential and commercial projects.

This is a leadership-focused role suited to someone with strong existing trade knowledge, good initiative, and a high standard of workmanship.

We’ll train you in how we do things, but this role is best suited to someone who already has strong onsite experience, good problem solving skills, and the ability to confidently contribute to projects from day one.

The role includes a mix of:
- Factory Prefabrication Work
- Onsite Installations
- Interstate Travel

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong trade experience
- High attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship
- Ability to manage small teams
- Resourceful problem solving skills

Experience with cabinetry installation or detailed fit-out work is highly regarded.

Must be comfortable with regular interstate travel.

Part Time or Full Time position available.
