How to spot your partner on the Hack Squat.
Although the Hack squat is primarily focused on improving stability and range on motion, it is alway good to to lend your partner a hand so they feel comfortable with the weight they are lifting.
For the Hack squat, this is generally adding some support while your partner is getting in and out of the start position.
You can also stand in the same position and help control the bar if they need assistance/support while performing the movement.
Being a part of the BFT community is all about comradery , so ensure you're always looking after each other 😊
