I simply said what I said 😌

Controversial opinion: 👏👏👏

I want healthy food freedom to be the trend that comes back in 2026.

Not restriction. Not food fear. Not demonising carbs one week and seed oils the next. Not making every meal a moral decision. I miss the energy of eating balanced meals, enjoying dessert without guilt, ordering what you actually feel like, and trusting your body instead of every viral nutrition take.

Can we make nourishing ourselves, enjoying food, and having a healthy relationship with eating fashionable again?

Food anxiety is so early 2000’s. So let’s keep it there. I’ll take food freedom. 😎✊

You don’t have to follow every food trend to be healthy.

Your body deserves nourishment, and definitely not fear, restriction, or the pressure to keep up with what’s popular online. The best choice is the one that supports you, not the algorithm. 🤍

The irony of restriction is that the more rules we create around food, the more space food takes up in our minds.

Food freedom creates room for the things that actually matter. Less time stressing over every bite, more time enjoying experiences, conversations, and memories without a running commentary in your head about what you should or shouldn’t be eating.

That’s a trade I’ll take every time 😋🤍

None of these things are normal.

But I bet you thought at least a few of them were.

I certainly did when I was deep in my eating disorder. These behaviours were praised as “healthy”, “disciplined”, and “committed,” when really, they kept me trapped and miserable.

If you’ve done any of these things, this isn’t about shame. It’s about recognising how diet culture continues to disguise disordered behaviours as wellness.❤️🫰

Funny how the best moments have less to do with what’s on the plate and more to do with how present you are for them. Grateful for good food, good company, and a mindset that lets me enjoy both. 😋❤️

Five movies, zero explanation 👏

A reminder that sometimes the smallest mindset shifts end up changing the way you see food, movement, and yourself completely. These are the conversations I have with my clients🤍

If anything resonated with you over this series, or you’ve got questions of your own, my messages are always open🥰

So much of healing your relationship with food comes from changing the way you think about it day to day. Eating what you enjoy doesn’t need guilt attached to it, not every craving means lack of control, and sometimes the things we avoid the most are the things holding the most power over us. A little more awareness, and a little less fear is lil you need! 🥰

Send me a DM is this resonated with you, and I’ll respond to them all in part 3 during this week!! 🤍

One of my favourite parts about working with clients is watching the shift that happens when they stop fearing food, start trusting their bodies and shifting their mindset about both 🥰
