We’re back from 7pm tonight, Tuesday 18th August, at the Djerring Centre in Abbotsford 🤩
Karen and Nicki will have some fun Bal Swing shapes to share that are perfect for adding a little pizzazz to your dance!
$20 ($15 with a student/healthcare card) on the the door. Some Bal Swing experience recommended.

Teaching this Darn Hot Tuesday - Nicki & Karen!! They’ll be sharing some of their favourite bal swing variations. Join us to add some more shapes to your repertoire. As always you’ll find us at Djerring centre Saoud Sultan Alsulaiti Tuesdays.
Just sliding into your feeds to remind you to bring smooth soled shoes to class tonight, and every week if possible!
Leather or suede is best for our shuffly dance, or harder plastic is a great vegan option. Rubber soled shoes will grip the floor and make it much harder on your joints.
