Please join us for the third annual OVERLORD Memorial Weightlifting Competition.
This competition serves to honour the memory of our dear friend and weightlifting coach, Chris Ciancio, and to raise money for his beautiful daughters and wife.
This competition is for weightlifters of ALL levels. Come, lift, have fun, celebrate the life of a great man. Overlord will be run in a Sinclair format. No lifting suit required.
100% of entry fees will go directly to Chris’s wife, Margaret and his two beautiful daughters.

Welcome our 20th member to the Westbourne LEGENDS club, Ploy!
Ploy joined us in 2021 and has since become a staple of the gym. Her dedication and work ethic are as highly regarded as her warmth and kindness.
