The South Course finishes with a fitting test. Played from the highest point on the course, the 18th descends to a fairway nearly 30 feet below before demanding one final, well-executed approach. A sprawling sandy waste guards the ideal line, while the prevailing southerly breeze often ensures the closing hole asks for your very best.

The 18th on the North Course is an argument for saving the best until last. Its unassuming tee shot gives little away, before revealing perhaps the finest second shot on the course. Set beneath a dramatic natural amphitheatre and framed by bunkers and heath, it's a closing hole that rewards thoughtful strategy as much as great ball striking.
