17kgs lost in 13 weeks đ„
Everyone has a tipping point.
For Stavos, enough was enough.
He was sick of not feeling comfortable in his own skin. Sick of carrying the extra weight around. He wanted to feel fitter, stronger and finally look in the mirror and be proud of what he saw.
So we got to work.
Over the next 13 weeks he lost just over 17kg, going from 102kg down into the 84s.
It wasnât because we found some magic diet.
He tracked his food, stayed in a calorie deficit, trained with me twice a week, kept his activity high through work and focused on getting stronger every single week.
Some weeks the scale went down.
Some weeks it barely moved.
But we didnât panic. We stuck to the plan because we knew the trend was heading in the right direction.
The biggest change wasnât just his body though.

He became disciplined.

He started enjoying training.
â
He learnt how to eat without feeling guilty.
â
He built habits that he can actually maintain.
The thing is⊠most people never reach that tipping point.
They sit in the middle.
Not happy with how they look⊠but not uncomfortable enough to change it either.
Thatâs probably the hardest place to be because nothing changes until something has to.

8kg down in 16 weeks. đ„
But this didnât start with cutting calories straight away.
Luis came in training a few days a week with a solid home setup, but like most people, nutrition wasnât structured.
So instead of rushing into a deficit, we did something most people skipâŠ
We started at maintenance calories.
The goal wasnât fat loss yet, it was building the habit of tracking food properly, understanding his intake and making sure he had enough energy to train well.
Once that was locked in after a couple of weeks, we reduced calories and moved into a deficit.
Thatâs when the fat loss started.
From there, we kept things simple:

 2â3 sessions at home using his setup

 Calories and macros tracked consistently

 Small adjustments when needed
Now we had a structured plan that he could actually stick to.
Over the 16 weeks, you can clearly see the difference, less body fat, tighter physique and a much better understanding of how to manage his nutrition moving forward.
