Every time I pick up the camera to talk to you, I realise I can never quite put into words how much this community means to me. 🤍

As your online coach, I am so proud of every workout you’ve completed, every comment you’ve left, and every time you’ve chosen to show up for yourself.

Behind the scenes are hours of planning, filming and editing, but seeing Day 4 reach 38K views and reading your messages reminds me why I do it.

Muscle Republic has entered the chat
I’ve been searching for an activewear brand that actually fits me well... and I think I’ve found it.
If you’re like me and always seem to sit right between an XS and a S, you’ll understand the struggle. I often find one size is too snug while the next is a little too loose.
I’m finding Muscle Republic’s sizing works really well for my body shape. Their size guide has a slightly different cm range compared to a lot of other brands, and it’s made all the difference.

These core pieces were gifted but can honestly say I have since spend $250 🙃on more sets to begin swapping out my older active wear pieces.

I mean I just filmed 30 classes this past month for YouTube and needed a wardrobe refresh 🥰😜

HYROX is like giving birth. It’s so painful in the moment but you forget how hard it is and then go back for more!!

I pushed (pardon the pun) so hard in this race and it was UNCOMFORTABLE 😜

lap 1 - 3:42

This wasn’t even half the contestant traffic on our 1st lap. The women’s doubles were going at the same time and our wave of girls had a fun time weaving as we shot out of the tunnel haha.

Ski erg - 5:01

Sled push - 2:15

My heart rate sky rocketed but I didn’t want to stop 🛑

This is where it all unraveled. The judges were super confusing and this is where my penalty was applied under the new rule of 26/27.

Burpee Broad Jump - 4:36

Normally this station is my superpower (I actually live burpees) but on race day my stomach was soooo unsettled and throwing yourself down on the ground was sub optimal 😂 🤢

Somewhere between lap Run 6 or 7 🤷‍♀️

this is where you know the finish line is so close so the adrenaline really helps push again

I had my maple gel before running into this station. It was a real struggle to swallow on this particular day but I knew I’d need the energy.

Farmers carry - 2:01

Did some extra steps out and then back in again thinking I had to go wide for 2nd lap. 😆

Sandbag unges - 3:24

I LOVE lunges. I’ve been training with 20kg sandbag so 10kg felt like a feather!

100 x Wallballs - 5:07

I did 60 unbroken wall balls this time 👏 go me hahaha. I don’t think 100 unbroken is possible though - but never say never!!
