A rock solid pre season for alpine athlete, Issy!
Amongst other personal records she bumped up her bench press by 7kg and an already impressive squat up to 115kg (previously 105kg).
In relative terms Issy is one of the strongest teenage athletes that has come through SP let alone female athlete!
