This past weekend, we came together to welcome the Winter Solstice — where it all began on Saturday evening and arriving Sunday morning on International Yoga Day, a beautiful reminder of how connected this all is.
No noise. No distractions. Just universal sound, gently guiding us back to ourselves — to feel grounded, centered, and present with whatever this moment was asking of us.
We closed in gratitude. In stillness. In peace. Held by this universal energy through ancient sounds and from individual’s trust in us to hold this intimate time for them. — most importantly, for us all to consciously return to ourselves.
