Comfort is where your goals go to die.

You’re stuck because you can’t hold yourself to the higher standard.

Meet Michaela. ✨

Michaela joined the SWS team in March 2025 with a goal to improve her habits for nutrition and drop body fat.

Michaela struggled with her nutrition and mindset around food. She was stuck in the all or nothing thinking and self doubt was growing. 
She knew it was “ now or never” 

Since joining SWS, Michaela has: 👇
✅ Lost 13kg
✅ Rebuilt her relationship with food
✅ Built unstoppable confidence in the gym
✅ Lifting heavier than she’s ever lifted before
✅ Feels empowered & capable in the gym

What makes me most proud is that when Michaela first came to me, she’d little to no gym experience, and now she’s moving with confidence, lifting heavyweight and showing up for herself every single week. 💪

This journey was never just about fat loss.

Wrapping up another week & my lil chapter in Spain 🇪🇸

What was meant to be a month to escape the Irish winter turned into 3👀

& you could say it’s a reoccurring theme for me, but im v grateful to have made the transition to fully online 3 years ago so I am able to move around with work & stay in places that inspire & encourage me ✨

Now I’m ready for an Irish Summer, this will be my first one in 3 years 👀

If the sun could come out & the weather stay dry that would be great, there’s silage to be cut 🚜 🌾🌞

13+ years and 13kg+ difference.

13 years ago, I stood on the beach on a girls’ holiday, the smallest, skinniest version of myself.

And even then, I was convinced I still wasn’t small enough.

Those years spent chasing “skinny” took everything from me.

My social life, my happiness, my connections, all joy stripped away because my entire life revolved around food, skipping meals, hiding it from family and friends and trying to stay small.

It controlled me and stole years of my life.

& honestly, seeing toxic trends glorifying extreme thinness and disordered eating circulating again on social media sends shivers down my spine.

When I was going through this 13 years ago, social media had far less influence than it does now. (which I’m super lucky for)

I hate seeing this become “normalised” by celebrities and influencers.

Every second person seems to be on weight-loss injections, chasing thinness, and the thoughts of young women growing up influenced by this genuinely hurts my heart.

Being the smallest version of yourself will not make you happy.

The happiest version of yourself is the one who feels strong, confident, free from food noise, and at peace with your body🧡

Meet Caoimhe ✨

When Caoimhe first came to me, she had fallen out of her routine. She wanted to get back into the gym, drop body fat, and actually feel good doing it.

She’d worked with a coach before and had been down the low-carb road, going from 0 to 100 in a matter of weeks, which left her exhausted, depleted, and feeling like she was constantly failing herself.

This is exactly why having the right plan matters. One that meets you where you’re at and helps you build gradually, not one that burns you out before you’ve even started.

Since working together, Caoimhe has lost over 10kg.
