Behind the scenes at Mini Monstars we have been...

✅️ working hard to upskill and develop our coaches nationwide - our theme was around adaptability, sensory input in sessions and how to navigate progressions and regressions based on ages!

🤝 Developing ongoing partnerships with centres, backed by fantastic coaches, all focused on children's growth

❤️ Seeing children enjoy and look forward to their Mini Monstars incursions nation wide! Once a bit shy, now thriving and excited!

Geetika and Natalie: thank you for entrusting us with sessions at your centre! We love coming and having fun and teaching all of the child ❤️

Partnerships like this within our community is what makes our days!

Some children take three, four, even five weeks before they're ready to join in fully and that's more than okay.❤️

✅️ A good incursion program doesn't measure success by who participates loudest on day one.

😍 It measures success by whether every child, on their own timeline, eventually feels safe enough to try.

That patience is built into how our coaches are trained : because development isn't a race.

This week at Mini Monstars 🤍

✅ A shy kid found their moment
✅ We said the unpopular thing out loud (and meant it): that educators aren't responsible for running incursions!
✅ A new partnership brought something fresh into the room
✅ One more story of a kid who surprised everyone, including himself

None of it happens by accident.

It happens because we believe in showing up the same way, every single week : structured, consistent, and built around the kids in the room.

That's the whole point.
