Neighbourhood Activity Centre Update

We've received a few questions recently about the expansion of the Jubilee Neighbourhood Activity Centre, so we wanted to provide a quick update.

We're pleased to confirm that the project is progressing, and construction is expected to commence in the coming months. As with any major development, there are several final planning, design and construction milestones that need to be completed before works can begin. We'll share confirmed timing as soon as it's locked in.

We know many residents are looking forward to this exciting addition to the community. The expanded precinct will deliver new retail, dining and everyday convenience options, creating an even more vibrant heart for Jubilee.

What an afternoon at Jubilee! We hosted Melbourne Storm players Hugo Peel and Nick Meaney, alongside Richmond Football Club’s Josh Gibcus, for a content shoot filled with energy, competition and plenty of laughs. From card-game Q&As to light-hearted challenges, the session brought out great moments both on and off camera!

A real highlight was when local school students stopped by after school. Seeing their excitement, especially Boston, a young local footballer meeting his sporting heroes, made the day even more special. Huge thanks to Hugo and Nick for taking the time to sign gear, chat with the kids and create lasting memories.

A great reminder of the impact sport can have in our communities.
