This year I am heading up to participate in the Trail to Triumph to try and complete the 250 kms again.

This is a fundraising event to raise funds and awareness for mesothelioma and lung related diseases.

This event has become very close to my heart as lung disease, such as Mesothelioma, has affected many family, friends and clients. The more I have talked and listened to people about lung disease, and it’s effects, the more I have understood how widespread it is.
