Are you looking for a healthy way to relieve stress, feel stronger in your body and bring more calm into your everyday life? ✨
Foundations I at Prana House is an 8 week beginner friendly yoga course designed to gently guide you into the foundations of yoga through alignment based movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and simple yogic philosophy, all taught in a supportive small group environment where you can learn at your own pace with plenty of individual guidance.
This course is perfect if you are new to yoga or returning after time away and want to build a confident, safe and sustainable practice, with all equipment provided and space to explore the practice in a grounded and accessible way.
You will be guided by Allison Berry, a highly experienced teacher with over 25 years of practice and nearly two decades of teaching, who brings a warm, practical and compassionate approach to helping students feel at ease in their bodies and minds.
Running Tuesday 21 July to Tuesday 8 September 2026 from 6.30pm to 8pm at Prana House in Thornbury, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and build a strong foundation for your practice and wellbeing.

Moonlight Reflections is an intimate lunar gathering designed to support deep rest, inner awareness, and meaningful connection 🌙
Held in alignment with the cycles of the new and full moon, these evenings offer a gentle space to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and supportive environment.
Together, we will gather in circle, share ceremonial cacao, journey through guided meditation and immerse in an extended sound healing experience to support nervous system regulation, deep rest and subtle energetic shifts.
The evening also includes opportunities for reflection, intuitive tarot guidance, community connection and quiet integration over herbal tea.
Facilitated by Mairead, a yoga and meditation teacher, Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda practitioner, and acupuncturist, this offering is deeply inspired by her studies in traditional yoga, shamanic traditions, plant medicine and her time living and working on a cacao farm in Costa Rica.
With limited spaces available, Moonlight Reflections is intentionally intimate, creating a nurturing environment to honour stillness, connection and the wisdom of the lunar cycles.

Are you wanting to make a change in your life?
This 8 week course is an introduction to alignment based asana, breathwork (pranayama), relaxation and simple meditation practices, alongside core yogic philosophy and spiritual teachings to support everyday life.
Foundations I is designed for complete beginners, people returning to yoga, or anyone wanting a safe and supportive foundation before moving into more advanced classes, with no prior experience required and all equipment provided.
Over 8 weekly 90 minute sessions you will explore physical postures, breathwork, guided relaxation and introductory meditation woven together with yogic philosophy, supported by small class sizes for personalised guidance, clear instruction on alignment and safe sequencing, and the use of props including blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets to support your practice.
The course supports improved posture, core strength and joint mobility, reduced stress and more easeful breathing, greater mental focus and emotional resilience, and a sustainable base for further study or regular classes.
Your teacher Allison Berry has been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching since 2007, bringing a grounded and compassionate approach shaped by decades of study and practice.
The course runs Tuesdays from 21 July to 8 September 2026 from 6.30pm to 8.00pm, priced at $320 with members $280 and concession $250, and includes a complimentary 5 class practice pass valued at $150 to support your learning throughout the 8 weeks.

Descend Into Stillness is a Sound Ceremony held by Enza at .co designed to hold space for deep rest, inner surrender, and embodied presence as we transition into Winter.
We often resist slowing down - the stillness, the unknown, the pause. Yet it’s in that very surrender that something deeper becomes possible. This ceremony creates the conditions to stop, descend inward, and rest in the unlimited possibilities of the void.
Through calibrated sound, guided breath and somatic presence, we allow clarity and restoration to emerge naturally, without effort, without seeking.
