Due to heavy rainfall, the 17 & Under State Winter Championships, set to be hosted over 4-5 July 2026 at Wangaratta Baseball Club, have been postponed.

The championships will now take place over 1-2 August 2026, and are still to be held at Wangaratta Baseball Club.

This decision has been made in the priority of safety for all people involved in the championships.

After another successful U15 State Winter Championship tournament, the MWBL Ringwood District and City West teams took home the city and country titles, respectively. 🙌🎉

With every team taking home wins over the weekend, no efforts went unnoticed. Congratulations to everyone who took part for their winter association in these championships.👏

The inaugural 21 and Under Women’s Championship is coming up in Melbourne from 27-30 September, with player expressions of interest now open. 🙌

Women aged 17-21 are encouraged to apply, with the age cutoff being 31 August 2026. ⚾

Trials will be hosted during July, with the final team to be selected at the end of July. 🤝
