Fat loss isn’t about cutting out the foods you enjoy. It’s about knowing how to balance your calories so it actually works in real life🙌🏾

Fill up on the high volume foods so you’re not starving and can actually stick to it. But still fit in the foods you enjoy so you’re not a miserable f**k🤝🏾

High protein pancake bowl🔥🙌🏾

You need to get into this

Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 160g Chobani Fit yoghurt
- 30g oats
• 100ml milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 80g berries

Instructions👇🏾

1. Add the egg and mix.
2. Add the yoghurt and mix again.
3. Add the oats, milk, protein powder and baking powder, then mix until combined.
4. Add your berries on top
5. Slap it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through👌🏾

4 slices of Country Split bread
150g Moira Mac’s shredded chicken breast - whole packet
30g reduced salt and sugar BBQ sauce (35 cal)
15g cucumber
Shredded lettuce

Around 435 calories and 35g of protein🤝🏾
