Congratulations to our 2025-26 Women's Pairs Champions Marie Ellis & Jennie Houston!

This highly contested final yesterday afternoon concluded after Jennie's last bowl while two down, sent the jack back, requiring a long measure for the win!
At the half way point Marian & Dot led 9-8, after which time the lead changed several times until 18 all going into the last end.
All four women showed nerves of steal, treating the crowd to a very exciting final!

Well done to all players and a big thankyou to our members who supported all Club Championship finals, rain hail or shine!

This year's final was an Amis v Lister affair.
Jacqui & Stuart got off to a flying start before Marian & Steve found their rhythm to take out the championship.

Get ready—entries will open via BowlsLink on Friday, August 7th, 2026.

Here is what you need to know about this season’s schedule:

🗓️ A Flexible Calendar: To work around the jam-packed Bowls Australia and Bowls Victoria programs, the Committee has proposed all available dates. Please note that the final dates used will depend on the number of entries we receive.

🏆 Champion of Champions (March 2027): To give clubs ample time to complete their own club championships, Day 1 is scheduled on the same day as the BV Pennant Divisional Finals. In event of playing in the Divisional Final, protection can be requested under the BV State Championships Conditions of Play.

Congratulations to Men's Pairs Club Champions Danny Tamburrini & Javier Aldana.

The first five ends saw a very entertaining start to the final before Danny and Javier steadied to reach victory over Greg and Dean.
Spectators enjoyed impressive bowling by all players during the three and a half hour final.

Kick/Wright Proportional Event

Congratulations to Stuart Amis for a closely contested victory in Chaddy's Kick/Wright Proportional final on Sunday.
Marian led for good portion of the match before Stuart caught up to win 100 points to 95 points. Well done to all participants and congratulations to Marian and Stuart for reaching the final. Members who braved the cold conditions were rewarded with some impressive bowling!

The Bowls Australia 2026 Australian Open is almost here! Best of luck to our 15 Chaddy members who are competing. Go Eagles!

Congratulations to Javier Aldana for his victory in the Chadstone Bowls Club Two Bowl Singles event!

16 players began the day in a knockout format with Tugga and Javier fighting it out in a ripper final. Javier won 11 - 10 with his last bowl. Thank you Danny for organising a great day.
