So many girls come to me having lost weight before, only to gain it back because the approach was never sustainable 😭

Can’t seem to keep the weight off after you finish a fat loss phase? Keep reading 👇

Most women go: diet → results → back to “normal eating” → gain it all back. Then wonder why nothing sticks 🥲

Here’s what’s actually going on: during a fat loss phase you’re eating in a calorie deficit less than your body burns, so it taps into fat stores. But when the phase ends, most women just go straight back to eating “normally” overnight, and the weight creeps back on.

Maintenance is the missing piece 👏
It’s where you slowly bring your food back up so you learn how to eat enough to KEEP your results. Skip that step and you’re either still under-eating and miserable, or you overshoot and end up back where you started 🫠

That’s the difference between women who keep their results and women stuck starting again every few months.

Be honest, how many of these have you said to yourself? 🙋‍♀️

After years of coaching women through their health and fitness journeys, i’ve noticed something… the excuse is rarely the real reason.

😕 “I don’t have time” is usually “i don’t know where to start.”
😕 “i’ve got no motivation” is usually “i’ve been let down by every plan i’ve tried.”
