Aleisha took on the 800 Free, putting together a strong swim and continuing to show her growth across the distance events.
She was able to come away with a new PB of 9:55.56, breaking the 10 minute barrier and swimming her way into 7th place.

Cevan put together a great swim in the 400 IM, taking on one of the toughest events on the program and showing his growth across all four strokes.
He was able to come away with a new PB of 5:23.77, swimming his way into 7th place in the 12-14 years age group.
A strong swim and another great improvement to add to his meet. Well done Cevan!

Starting Day 3 with the 400m IM Final!
Arlo stepped up for the 400 IM, putting together a great race across all four strokes and showing plenty of fight throughout the event.
His efforts saw him come away with a new PB of 5:43.36 and a 9th place finish in the 12-14 years age group.
A great effort in a challenging event and another PB on the board. Well done Arlo!

James had a great swim in the 200 Breast, continuing to show why breaststroke is one of his strongest events.
He put together a great race to come home in a new PB of 2:31.57, earning himself a silver medal and 2nd place in his age group!
Another great result and another step forward for James. Well done!

Palah continued to show great resilience and attitude towards his racing, backing up for two finals in the 200 Breast and 50 Free.
First up was the 200 Breast, where he was able to come away with a new PB of 2:43.65 and finish in 9th place.
He then turned his attention to the 50 Free, showing his versatility at the opposite end of the distance spectrum. Another PB of 26.06 saw him race his way into 7th place.
Two finals, two PBs and another great showing from Palah. Well done!

He was able to come away with a new PB of 9:24.27, with his efforts also earning him a spot on the podium in 3rd place!

At her last age states, our past captain Ruby committed herself to her 200 Breaststroke. A good swim in the morning left gave her an opportunity in the night, with more to prove.
She came out with fierce determination, and a clear idea of how she needed to race, and was able to improve 3 seconds from her morning swim, earning her 7th place!

Piper had a strong Sunday session, backing up from distance events on Friday and Saturday. Out from the blocks fast, she opened the race in a 400 split that was quicker than the day before.
She really dedicated herself to her race plan, and was extremely driven through the whole 1500. As a result, she placed 4th!
