This week is all about mindfulness 🧠. Taking a few minutes each day to slow down, reset and be present can make a big difference to your recovery, focus and overall wellbeing.

💥 1,000 Sessions for Stef! 💥
What an incredible milestone! A massive congratulations to on reaching 1,000 sessions at BFT Dandenong South. 👏🏽🔥
Stef has been part of the studio since 2023 and is one of those members who just gets in and gets the work done. He gives every session everything he’s got and has earned a reputation as one of our strongest members.
Burpees barely slow him down, and when it comes to the big lifts: back squats, bench press, and deadlifts—he makes some seriously heavy weight look easy. Week after week, he turns up ready to train, attacks every session, and leads by example with the effort he brings.
If you’ve ever shared a session with Stef, you’ve probably noticed he’s not the loudest person in the room, but you’ll definitely notice the weights he’s moving. He lets his training do the talking. Day after day, session after session, he puts in the work, and 1,000 sessions are the result of that consistency.
Stef, thank you for being such a big part of our community. We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what’s next.

Halfway through the challenge and the consistency has been awesome to see. Keep showing up, ticking the boxes, and supporting each other.
Week 5, we’ve got this! More steps, more member dinner recipe ideas, and another week to keep building momentum.

🔥Milestone Chronicles
🌟Rielle - 100 Sessions locked in!!
If you’ve trained with Rielle, you’ll know she thrives on a bit of friendly banter and somehow always manages to find herself chasing that gold medal. 🥇😂
She’ll tell you she’s not competitive… but the moment she finds she’s behind in the PXI points it’s game on! And if Coach Zane is around, all it takes is a few claps of encouragement and suddenly she’s found another gear. Coincidence? We don’t think so. 👏🏽😂
Whether it’s lifting a little heavier or pushing through the final set, Rielle always gives it a crack. She secretly loves being challenged… she just likes to make the coaches work for it first. 😅
Congratulations on 100 sessions, Rielle! Here’s to more banter, more gold medals, and plenty more claps from Coach Zane. 💙👏🏽🥇
🌟Nhu - 250 Sessions in the bag 👊🏽
Running? She’s there. Heavy lifts? She’ll give it a shot. A coach challenging her to go a little harder? That’s probably her favourite part… even if she’ll never say it out loud. 😂
As one of our past Athlete Challenge Winners, she’s earned every achievement through consistency, effort, and always giving her best. Whether it’s chasing a new PB, tackling a tough conditioning session, or picking up the heavier weights, Nhu is always willing to challenge herself and see what she’s capable of.
Nhu, It’s been awesome watching your progress and seeing the work you put in every time you walk through the doors either at 5am, 7:00am, 9:30am or 6:30pm 😅 💙🔥

✅ Week 2 Complete!
Another big week ticked off in the challenge with members smashing their 10,000 daily step target.
A special shoutout to the one brave member who actually brought in their breakfast recipe for the judges to taste test. At least our judges didn’t have a difficult decision to make! 😂🥤
As we head into Week 3, it’s time to level up. The step target is going up a notch, and this week’s recipe challenge is all about snacks. Whether it’s high protein, healthy, sweet or savoury, get creative and bring your best effort.
