Despite a determined effort from SG Home Loans, Seek Migration maintained control for most of the contest and steadily built a winning margin.

Van Allen Gudoy played a key role in the season-opening win, keeping his team composed on both ends of the floor. He finished with 8 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 4 steals, providing leadership and defensive pressure.

The defending champions wasted no time reminding everyone why they hold the crown, as the newly backed SaladMaster Greatness cruised past Van Beveren Lawyers, 89-62, in their Open Category season debut. Playing with pace, depth, and confidence, SaladMaster controlled the game from start to finish.

Rawley Burns III led the charge with 19 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block, setting the tone on both ends of the floor. However, it was a complete team effort from SaladMaster, with contributions coming across the roster as they ran the floor effectively and kept constant pressure on their opponents.

Van Beveren Lawyers fought hard behind Paul Anthony Ponce, who poured in 17 points in a valiant effort. Despite his scoring output, the defending champions proved too deep and too polished.

TNB survived a fierce challenge from Garage Grind Performance, escaping with a nail-biting 52-51 victory in the 35UP Category of the PERIVEO Winter Basketball Season. The game went down to the wire, with TNB delivering in crunch time to fend off a determined Garage Grind side.

Mark Vie Mata orchestrated the offense brilliantly, finishing with 12 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1 steal while controlling the tempo throughout the contest. Kevin Gruspe provided the scoring punch for TNB, leading all scorers with 14 points and knocking down key baskets when his team needed them most.
