change isn't something you wish for when you're motivated, it's something you choose to live with every single day.
Motivation is going to come and go, there will be days where you feel inspired, days where you don't, and days where doing what you said you were going to do feels like the last thing you want to do.
But that's where the change actually happens, you stop waiting to feel motivated and start making decisions based on the person you're trying to become. You don't need to be perfect every day ,you just need to keep choosing the habits, actions and standards that move you closer to where you want to be.
That's when wanting change becomes actually creating it 🖤
Coached By Caitlyn
My coaching page filled with important fitness, nutrition and self care tips and tricks!
Meet my client, Gabe!
When Gabe came to me, she was recovering from multiple surgeries, but rather than seeing that as a limitation, we looked at what she could do and built a plan around her individual capabilities. We adapted her training, worked within her limitations, and focused on making consistent progress, ultimately leading to incredible results!
And this is exactly why having the right coach matters.
Good coaching isn’t about handing everyone the same generic training plan. It’s about understanding the person in front of you, adapting when needed, and creating a plan that actually works for them.
Your plan should be built around you, not the other way around!

Endless cardio and no lifting is why so many women lose weight and still don't love how they look 😩
Weight coming off doesn't automatically build the shape underneath it, muscle does that!
Cardio has its place, but it was never meant to carry your whole goal on its own, so don't be afraid to train and lift heavy to build the shape your after!
What I wish I knew before I competed for the first time
- post show can be harder than the prep itself. you're prepared for the physical demands of prep, but nobody really prepares you for what happens when it's over.
- the people around you are going to get it. not everyone will understand why you're eating the way you are, why you're tired, or why this means so much to you. and that's okay.
- your coach can make or break the experience. having someone you trust, who communicates well and actually understands you, makes such a difference throughout the entire process.
- comparison will always steal your joy. there's always going to be someone leaner, bigger, more experienced or further ahead. be present in what you're doing, be proud of what you've achieved and actually enjoy the experience you're living.
I wish I knew all of this before my first show. it would've made the entire journey a whole lot easier 🖤

If training feels pointless by week 2, that's not a sign it's not working!
Your body is adapting long before you can actually see the changes. strength, coordination, recovery and muscle growth are all happening beneath the surface before your physique starts reflecting the work you're putting in.
You can't judge a training program after a couple of weeks and expect to see a completely different body. Give it the time it actually needs. keep showing up, keep progressing and trust the process long enough to let it work.
Just because you can't see the progress yet doesn't mean it's not happening 🖤
Being in a calorie deficit never really gets physically easier, you're still going to get hungry, you're still going to have days where you don't feel like sticking to the plan, and you're still going to want to give up.
What can get easier is your mindset around it. once you stop seeing the deficit as something you're stuck in and start seeing it as a phase with an end point, it becomes a lot easier to lean into.
You don't have to love every part of the process, you just have to understand why you're doing it and remember that it won't last forever. Every day you stick to the plan is another day closer to the physique you're working towards 🖤
The easiest way to make every training session more productive!
Don't wait until you're already in the gym to figure out what you're doing. pre log your session before you train so you already have a game plan, know exactly what numbers you're chasing and what you need to beat from last week.
because once you're tired, the last thing you want to do is decide whether you should push for another rep or add another 5kg. that's when accountability can start to slip and it's way easier to convince yourself that what you did was enough.
Go into the gym knowing exactly what you need to do to progress. less thinking, more executing.
make the decision before fatigue gets a say 🖤
