Congratulations to our very own Will Kengni (Year 11) on signing his first professional contract with Melbourne Victory.

William’s achievement reflects years of dedication, discipline, and growth within the SMC Northern Football Academy and Victory’s Academy pathway.

The College is proud of Will's journey and looks forward to supporting him as he continues his development within the A‑League Men’s squad under Head Coach Giovanni Savarese.

Will is currently away in China with the Joeys representing Australia at the CFA U17 Invitational Tournament.

What a fantastic evening bringing together our Netball Academy students and parents for our pre-departure meeting ahead of our upcoming Gold Coast tournament (8–15 July).

We were incredibly fortunate to have special guest Kim Brown from the Melbourne Mavericks join us, sharing her valuable insights into high-performance netball. Her experience, knowledge, and passion inspired both our athletes and families, giving everyone a deeper understanding of what it takes to compete at the elite level.

A special highlight of the night was presenting our students with their exclusive tour merchandise – a proud milestone that made the journey feel very real and added to the excitement of what’s ahead!

Thank you to all the parents, players, and supporters for being part of the evening. We’re counting down the days until our athletes hit the court on the Gold Coast and represent with pride. 🏐🏐
