Every dad "knows" what to do.

Lift. Move. Eat better.

Knowing it and actually doing it consistently while working full-time, showing up for your kids, and running on 6 hours sleep β€” that's the gap that actually matters.

That's what coaching does. Not more information.

Accountability for the information you already have.

Choose Wisdom and let's work together

Yep, that motivation guru will talk at you and say we all have the same 24 hours so you should be able to do X !

In my industry that X is : working out and getting fit and healthy.

However, in reality, we don't all have the same 24 hours.

Everyone's daily life is completely different.

We have different demands in our jobs, we have different demands with our children's needs and commitments, we have different injuries or health conditions etc.

As a result we can often put our health priorities last.

Getting your health and fitness back is not about pure motivation it's about finding a system that works for you and YOUR LIFE !

Send me a message and we can figure out how my coaching can give you that system to make some positive change πŸ’ͺ🏼

Of course my intake assessment doesnt include burpees.

Because I'll never program them.

Dads over 40 don't need more punishment. You need:
β†’ A plan built around your actual life
β†’ Workouts that don't wreck your body
β†’ Someone who keeps you accountable between sessions β€” not just on calls

I use a coaching app so you always know what to do, when to do it, and why. No guesswork. No showing up to a session not knowing what's next.

And for the record β€” no burpees. Ever.

If you're a dad over 40 who's sick of starting over every 6 weeks, commet FIT below and let's talk.

(Drop a πŸ–• in the comments if burpees have done you dirty before)

Dads, this is what a working set should look like. Not comfortable. Not easy. Intentional.

Time is your most valuable asset β€” so when you're in the gym, make every second count.

Each set shouldn't just be reps ticked off a list. It should look like this. Controlled. Focused. Intense. If your last rep looks the same as your first, you left something on the table.

Forget chasing a number.
Chase the quality of every single rep.πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

Get in touch to be coached by me to hit your intensity

HYROX Melbourne 2026

Having had Influenza A and missing 11 days of training just 2 weeks before this event, I wasn't sure how I was going to go with lots of self doubt right up to the start line !

I ended up beating my previous time by 2 minutes and 25 seconds and didn't let my mind take over my body !

I love that HYROX puts you in an uncomfortable place and challenges you physically and mentally to your absolute limits.

Conversation on the way to school with my 10 year old the day before the event :

Kiera: Dad why are you doing HYROX if you are in pain for 2 days after it ?

Me: I guess I like the challenge and satisfaction...

Kiera: But it hurts you ! If you win do you get a prize ?

Me: No, maybe a little medal....

Kiera: But why are you doing it ?

Me: For the challenge, its what I like to do, its a hobby

Kiera: Do you pay money to do it ?

Me: Yep, lots of money

Kiera: BUT WHY ARE YOU DOING IT ! ?

Having not been able to walk properly for the last 48 hours, her question and logic is ringing in my head constantly...

To all the Dads who are still thinking about starting to get fit and set an example for their kids, get in touch for personal training

For the last 5 weeks, I've been pushed to my limits by my awesome client: Dusty. With a St. Kilda VFL footy trial coming up, he requested an extra session each week to work on his VO2 Max conditioning in addition to his 2 strength sessions a week.Β

Enter the Norwegian 4x4 protocol : 2 mins on the Rower straight into 2 minutes on the Ski Erg (@ 90% effort on each). Rest for 3 minutes and repeat 3 more times ! Easily the most difficult style of interval training I've ever done.Β

Its good to get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. Leading up to these sessions I was filled with a mixture of dread and (very slight!) excitement but we pushed each other each week to maximum effort and training with Dusty inspired me even more.Β

Dusty is an awesome human with amazing dedication and mental strength. He has overcome serious injuries to get back to full strength and fitness and I know he will give everything he has in this upcoming trial.

All the best Dusty !
