Sometimes life asks us to slow down in ways we didn’t expect.
This week, we’ve stepped away from the studio to be with family, and we’re so grateful for all of your kindness and understanding.
One of the beautiful things about yoga is that it teaches us to meet life as it is—to breathe through the uncertain moments, to soften when we need to, and to trust that we can begin again.
This Friday, we’ll open the doors once more.
The candles will be lit.
The kettle will be on.
The ocean will be waiting.
If you’ve been meaning to come back to your practice, we’d love to welcome you.
See you by the bay. 💙

Winter Solstice 🌞❄️
What a beautiful day.
Kel & Jus started the morning at the Port Melbourne Life Saving Club, joining over 100 locals to welcome the Winter Solstice. We were lucky enough to guide a little movement by the bay before stepping into the water together for a sunrise dip.
From there it was back to Yacht Club Yoga for our 9am Flow and 10:30am Yin classes, sharing the practice with our wonderful community.
The Winter Solstice reminds us that even in the darkest season, the light returns.
And perhaps that’s why we gather — to move, breathe, connect and trust that brighter days are ahead.
Thank you to everyone who shared the morning with us. 💙

Day 26 of 100 Days of Blue
The bay stood still this morning.
Not a wave, not a rush—just a sheet of water holding light.
Golden and luminescent, as though the ocean had gathered the sunrise and was quietly reflecting it back to the world.
Sometimes Blue Mind isn’t found in movement. It’s found in stillness. In those moments when we stop long enough to notice the beauty that has been there all along.
Today, may you find a moment to be still and let the light find you.
✨
Day 24 of
100 Days of Blue is a simple invitation to spend time near, in, on, or under water each day and notice how it makes you feel.
Today we noticed the shimmer of light dancing across the bay.
A reminder that wonder often lives in the smallest things — sunlight on water, a deep breath, a quiet pause.
The more we notice, the more there is to notice.

Day 22 of 100 Days of Blue Mind.
Apricot skies drenched the bay this morning, the water glowing soft and still beneath the jetty.
A reminder that blue mind is not always blue. Sometimes it arrives in peach, blush and gold — in quiet reflections, gentle ripples, and the simple act of showing up by the water.
Day 21 💙
This morning, hot air balloons drifted quietly above the pier while ribbons of pink ocean flowed onto the shore.
A reminder that beauty doesn’t always arrive with fanfare.
Sometimes it hovers.
Sometimes it rolls gently in at your feet.
The ocean has a way of slowing us down enough to notice.

Day 17 of 💙
Today’s practice was about deep listening.
Not listening for answers.
Not listening to fix.
Just listening.
To the rhythm of your breath.
To the gentle movement of your body.
To the ropes tinkling against the masts.
The ocean doesn’t rush to be heard. It simply shows up, wave after wave.
What might happen if we listened to ourselves with the same patience?
