I'm playing this game to be the BEST version of myself. Because being savage with myself means I show up with congruence everywhere. 🔥
Here's the game I'm playing:
Being a SAVAGE with myself.
Not just in fitness. Across everything.
Because here's what most people don't understand:
Discipline in one area bleeds into ALL areas.
When you're disciplined with your body, you're disciplined with your business.
When you're disciplined with your time, you're disciplined with your relationships.
When you're disciplined with your standards, you're disciplined with your integrity.
That's congruence.
And congruence is EVERYTHING.
You can't be a beast in the gym and a slob in your business.
You can't be intense with your health and lazy with your relationships.
You can't be savage with yourself in one area and soft everywhere else.
People SEE the contradiction. And they don't trust you.
But when you're CONSISTENT across the board?
When you show up with the same intensity in the gym, in your business, in your relationships?
That's when people BELIEVE you.
That's when you have INTEGRITY.
That's when you WIN.
So the game I'm playing isn't just about one thing.
It's about being well-rounded. On point. SAVAGE in every area.
Because being the best version of myself in every single area is the only way to truly win.
That's the game. And I'm here to win.
Are you playing to win across ALL areas of your life? 👇

The hard way is the right way. If it's hard, it's RIGHT. We're growing. 💪
You don't build a muscle by going easy.
You don't build a business by going easy.
You don't build CHARACTER by going easy.
Every single day, I remind myself:
If it's HARD, it's RIGHT.
Because here's the truth:
Growth lives in discomfort.
The heavy set that makes you question if you can finish? That's growth.
The difficult conversation you've been avoiding? That's growth.
The long grind with no immediate results? That's growth.
Easy doesn't change you. Easy keeps you exactly where you are.
But HARD? Hard transforms you.
Most people run from hard. They look for shortcuts, hacks, easier paths.
And they wonder why they're stuck.
But you? You lean INTO the hard stuff.
You understand:
If it's challenging you, it's CHANGING you.
If it's uncomfortable, it's WORKING.
If it feels impossible, you're exactly where you need to be.
So stop avoiding the hard path. Stop looking for easy.
Embrace it. Attack it. Remind yourself:
"If it's hard, it's right. We're growing."
That mindset alone will carry you further than any strategy ever could.

It's ME season right now. Stop letting the world dictate how you feel. 🔥
I get it. You've got responsibilities. A family. A business. People depending on you.
It's a lot.
And somewhere along the way, you decided to be everything to everyone.
And forgot to be something to yourself.
But here's what needs to happen:
It's ME season.
Not selfish season. Not abandoning your responsibilities season.
ME season.
Because at the end of the day, who do you have? YOURSELF.
If you're not right, NOTHING else works.
Your family needs you at your best. Not burnt out. Not exhausted. Not resentful.
Your business needs you at your best. Not scattered. Not tired. Not running on empty.
Your relationships need you at your best. Not half-present. Not checking out mentally.
So stop trying to balance everything perfectly.
Stop trying to be everything to everyone.
Stop letting the world dictate how you feel.
Take care of YOURSELF FIRST.
That's not selfish. That's strategic.
When you're good, everyone around you benefits.
When you're struggling, everyone around you suffers.
So make yourself the priority. Not later. NOW.
It's ME season. And it needs to be EVERY season.

"But I don't want to..." Stop. Here's your alternative. 🔥
How do I burn calories?
Do rope jumps.
What if I don't want to jump?
Do this instead.
What if I don't have time to exercise?
Just walk.
What if I can't walk?
Eat less.
See the pattern?
There's ALWAYS a solution. You just don't want to do it.
That's the real issue.
Not that there's no option. But that EVERY option requires some level of effort.
So you keep asking "what if" instead of just PICKING ONE and doing it.
Here's the truth:
Do rope jumps. Or do burpees. Or do sprints. Or do a plank. Or just walk.
The exercise doesn't matter. CONSISTENCY matters.
Do lower abs. Do upper abs. Do Russian twists. Do planks.
Pick ONE. Do it. Get results.
But stop looking for the path of zero resistance.
It doesn't exist.
Every path forward requires EFFORT.
The only question is: Are you willing to put in the effort or not?
If yes, stop asking what if and just START.
If no, be honest about it.
But don't waste your time looking for the easy option. It's not coming.
Just tap the follow button if you're ready to stop making excuses and start getting results 👇
If your LIFE depended on it, what would you do? 💀
I get it. You're overwhelmed.
"Should I do keto?"
"Should I lift weights?"
"Should I do spinning?"
"What program should I follow?"
Too many choices. Too much information.
And that's exactly what's keeping you STUCK.
But here's the truth:
The root of it all? You just haven't COMMITTED yet.
It's not knowledge you're lacking. You already KNOW what to do.
Eat protein. Train consistently. Sleep well.
The problem isn't information. It's EX*****ON.
So here's the question that cuts through all the noise:
If your LIFE depended on it, what would you do?
If someone said: "Get in shape in 90 days or you die."
Would you figure it out? Of course you would.
You'd:
Find time to train.
Eat the right foods.
Say no to distractions.
Get the help you need.
You'd do WHATEVER IT TAKES.
So why aren't you doing that NOW?
Because the stakes don't feel real yet.
But they ARE real. Just slower.
Your health. Your energy. Your confidence. Your longevity.
Every day you DON'T commit, you're choosing decay over growth.
So ask yourself RIGHT NOW:
If my life depended on it, how good of shape would I be in?
That's your TRUE potential.
The gap between where you are NOW and where you'd be if your life depended on it?
That's COMMITMENT.
Stop overthinking. Stop researching. Stop waiting.
Just COMMIT. 👇
If you want results, why not just do the thing that gets results? Stop chasing hacks. 🎯
That's it. That's the whole game.
But instead, what do most people do?
Chase variety. Jump between programs. Look for the next quick fix.
And wonder why they never get results.
Here's the truth: It's boring to do the fundamentals.
Same workout. Same meals. Same routine. Day after day.
And when it gets boring, most people quit.
But here's what you need to understand:
That boredom? That's a GOOD sign.
That means you're actually RUNNING THE SYSTEM.
That means the fundamentals are in place and you're executing them consistently.
Change how you think about it:
It's boring. Amazing.
Because boring means consistent. Consistent means compound. Compound means RESULTS.
Here's an analogy:
A chef who's memorized the recipe with closed eyes? He can now become creative. He can innovate. He can improvise.
But first, he had to master the fundamentals so well that they became automatic.
That's YOU.
Master the boring fundamentals. Get them so dialed in that they're automatic.
And then? THEN you can get creative.
Then you can experiment. Then you can add nuance.
But not before.
So stop running from the mundane. Stop chasing variety.
Embrace the boring. Master the fundamentals.
That's where real results come from.
Are you willing to be bored on the way to excellence? 👇
The less you do, the less you WANT to do. That's the fallacy of waiting. ⏳
Here's what most people don't understand:
The more time you give yourself to decide, the more you'll talk yourself OUT of it.
Every day you wait is another day your brain invents excuses:
"I'm not ready yet."
"I need to research more."
"Maybe next month."
"Let me think about it."
But here's the truth:
If I offered you a six-pack tomorrow, would you wait?
If I offered you a million dollars tomorrow, would you wait?
No. You'd take it IMMEDIATELY.
So why are you waiting now?
Because you've convinced yourself you need PERFECT conditions before you start.
But that's a fallacy.
Perfect conditions don't exist.
Here's the real pattern:
The less you do, the less you WANT to do.
Inactivity breeds more inactivity. Every day you don't train, it gets HARDER to start. Every day you don't take action, the resistance grows STRONGER.
But the OPPOSITE is also true:
The more you do, the more you WANT to do.
Action breeds momentum. Once you START, it gets EASIER to keep going.
So stop waiting for the "right time." Stop waiting to "feel motivated." Stop waiting for perfection.
Just START. Build momentum. Let action fuel more action.
The less you do, the less you want to do.
So get to work. NOW. 👇
Chase that thing that keeps you up at night. The thing you can't quit thinking about. That's your real dream. 🔥
There's a thing that bothers you.
A thing that makes you trip. A thing you can't quit thinking about.
You wake up in the middle of the night with a new idea about it.
You're obsessed with it.
THAT'S the thing you need to chase.
Not the "safe" thing. Not the "practical" thing. Not what everyone else is doing.
That ONE thing that won't leave you alone.
Because here's the truth:
Anything else is going to disappoint you.
You can pursue the "smart" path. Build the "safe" business. Take the "reasonable" job.
And you'll wake up 10 years from now wondering what if.
Wondering about that thing you abandoned because it seemed too risky. Too unpredictable. Too uncertain.
But the guy who chased THAT thing? The thing that kept him up at night?
He's living it now.
Not because it was easier. But because it was REAL.
Because it meant something.
Because it was HIS.
So ask yourself:
What's the thing that keeps you up at night?
What's the idea you can't quit thinking about?
What's the dream that bothers you when you're not pursuing it?
That's not distraction. That's PURPOSE.
Chase it. 👇
"Am I wasting my time trying to help people change?" The psychologist said: "Yeah, in theory you are." 💔
Because here's the brutal truth:
Most people only change when they experience SEVERE PAIN or TRAUMA.
That's it. That's the only great motivator.
Not inspiration. Not good advice. Not even knowing what to do.
PAIN.
Here's what that means for coaching, leadership, and life:
You can give someone the perfect plan. You can show them exactly what to do. You can believe in them more than they believe in themselves.
But if they're not in enough PAIN?
They won't change.
They'll nod. They'll agree. They'll say "I'll start Monday."
Then nothing happens.
Why?
Because the pain of staying the same isn't greater than the pain of change.
They're still comfortable enough to coast.
So here's the hard question:
Are you wasting your time trying to help people who aren't ready?
Maybe.
Not because you're not good enough. But because THEY haven't hit their breaking point yet.
Here's what I've learned:
You can't force someone to change before they're ready.
But you CAN help them see the pain they're avoiding.
You CAN make the future consequences REAL.
You CAN be there when they finally DO hit rock bottom.
So no, you're not wasting your time.
But you need to accept: Some people will change. Some won't.
Your job is to be ready for the ones who ARE ready.
Are you in enough pain to actually change? 👇
"I don't have time." But you had time for all of this. 📱
Let me ask you something:
Did you have time to go to bed last night?
Yes.
Did you have time to wake up and drink your coffee?
Yes.
Did you have time to scroll Instagram for 45 minutes?
Probably.
Did you have time to watch your Netflix series?
Definitely.
So you DO have time.
The issue isn't time. The issue is PRIORITIES.
Your schedule is a mirror of your priorities.
Whatever you make time for, you value. Whatever you don't make time for, you don't value.
So if you're saying "I don't have time to get in shape" while you're watching Netflix every night?
You're not being honest. You're just not prioritizing your health.
And that's a choice. But own it.
Don't pretend you don't have time when you clearly DO have time.
You just chose to spend it somewhere else.
So ask yourself:
If I actually made my health a priority, could I find time?
The answer is yes.
You could wake up 30 minutes earlier. You could skip one Netflix episode. You could move things around.
But you haven't. Because it's not a priority yet.
That's not judgment. That's just honesty.
So either make it a priority or stop complaining about not having time.
