We know a lot of you are heading overseas to enjoy the European summer and we’re jealous... But we will also be here to help combat jetlag when you land back in Melbourne, all tanned, relaxed and rested up.
The thing that may not be as restful is the trip back over to Melbourne, that’s why it is important that we support our body through jetlag. Here is a 4 step recovery protocol you can do at Be Well once you land, to help your body adjust to life at home again.

On 21 June the Southern Hemisphere reaches its longest night.
We're celebrating with two afternoons at Be Well Hawthorn, built to slow you down before the year takes its breath and begins its return.
Across the weekend, a single arc unfolds, led by Geri, Divyani, Laura and the Be Well team.
We open with laughter yoga and release the body through myofascial work. We settle into restorative shapes, descend through a sound bath into nidra, and meet the still point of the weekend. On Sunday we return, slow flow, more restoration and a closing yin session to mark the very moment of the Solstice.
Afternoon teas, including solstice chai and winter-inspired snacks, will be served.
Between sessions, the studio is yours. The saunas are on. The compression boots, hydroxy Air Pod, and hydrotherapy are available throughout. Come and go; rest as you need to.
This isn't a workshop, and it isn't a fitness weekend. It's two afternoons to stop properly, together, at the most resonant hinge of the year.
