Dedicated to every woman over 40 going through menopause and wondering WTF happened to the body she used to know. ❤️
The weight gain. The belly fat. The broken sleep. The mood swings. The exhaustion. The changes that seem to happen overnight.
I see you ❤️
This chapter isn’t about trying to get your 25-year-old body back.
It’s about building a strong, healthy, confident 40+ body that carries you through the next chapter.
Fit Femme Strong
Helping women 40+ drop dress sizes. No crazy cardio, no trash diets, and no sacrificing foods you love.
Women over 40 come to me when they want to lose the extra flab, flatten their tummy, and head into their 50's with a better ass than their 20's.
True story 😂🖕😘

Somewhere along the way, women are taught that turning 40 means making peace with the idea that the best version of themselves is behind them.
Every new line. Every grey hair. Every kilo. Every change in the mirror becomes something to fight.
But here's what I've noticed.
The women who consistently strength train, fuel themselves properly and look after their health slowly stop obsessing over the mirror.
Not because they stop caring.
Because something more important starts happening.
They wake up with energy. They carry the shopping without thinking about it. They get up off the floor without groaning. Their back stops hurting. Their confidence returns. They feel capable again.
Ironically, that's usually when their body and face starts changing too.
The mirror becomes feedback, not a judge.
It no longer decides whether it's going to be a good or bad day.
Because confidence doesn't come from looking perfect.
It comes from proving to yourself, over and over again, that you're stronger than you were yesterday.
At 40, you're not supposed to shrink.
You're supposed to become harder to knock over.
Physically. Mentally. Emotionally.
The goal was never to look 25 forever.
The goal is to be 50, 60 and 70 and still feel like the strongest woman in the room.
That's a far better investment than chasing perfection in the mirror.

F.F.S didn’t start because I wanted to build another “women’s fitness brand.”
It started because I was watching too many women over 40 slowly disappear behind exhaustion, bs menopause "karen" forums, wine jokes, oversized black clothes and “I’ve just accepted this is my age and weight now.”
Somewhere along the way, women were taught that getting older meant:
• getting weaker
• saggier
• more invisible
• more medicated
• less confident
• and permanently at war with the fridge
And truthfully?
The fitness industry didn’t help.
One side screamed starvation, detox teas and scales daily.
The other told women to “just love themselves” while their energy, strength, willpower and health quietly f**ked off in the background.
F.F.S was built in the middle of that chaos.
A place where women 40+ could become strong again without becoming obsessive.
A place where lifting weights and fuelling your body to lose menopauseal weight mattered more than shrinking yourself by skipping meals.
A place where women could laugh, swear, have fun, rebuild confidence and stop treating menopause like a life sentence.
The rebrand happened because this became way bigger than fat loss.
Women started thinking clearer.
Women started walking better.
Sleeping better.
Reducing medications.
Feeling confident in photos again.
Carrying shopping bags without pain.
Getting off the floor easier.
Feeling visible again.
That crown in the logo?
That’s not about perfection.
It represents women taking their power back after years of putting everyone else first.
F.F.S isn’t about becoming skinny.
Its about shaping your body into a figure your damn proud of.
It’s about becoming dangerous to the version of you that gave up.
Stronger. Fitter. Unstoppable.
Every day you’re either voting for the version of you that gets stronger… or the version that slowly breaks down.
The daily walk.
The extra protein.
The decision to lift weights instead of sitting another night on the couch.
The choice to start now instead of “next Monday.”
That’s what changes your life after 40 and 50.
Not motivation.
Not skinny teas.
Not another 8 week challenge.
Small choices. Repeated long enough to rebuild the woman underneath the exhaustion.
Because the truth is… ageing is unavoidable.
Weakness is not.
So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to start rebuilding your health, strength and confidence again… this is it.
