There are exactly 31,536,000 seconds in a Year. Think about that... 525,600 minutes... 8,760 hours. How many of those hours do you need to spark a change in your daily routine? Just 1. Even 1 hour a week of intense training, can help motivate you to become healthier. Maybe one day it's 1 hour, then the next day it's another hour... Then before you know it, it's 3 hours a week of training splits across 3 days.

The gym can give you the equipment. Your goals can push you to move forward. But nobody can put in the reps for you.

Show up. Stay consistent. Mathematically, results will always follow.
