East Bentleigh Central Cricket Club (EBCCC) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Junior Coach / Senior Men’s Training Coordinator for the upcoming cricket season.

We’re looking for someone who can help us build consistency, develop player skills and create a positive training environment across our junior and senior programs.

Role Responsibilities

Juniors – Tuesdays

•⁠ ⁠Coach and coordinate training for our 3 junior teams
•⁠ ⁠Approximately 15 players attending training
•⁠ ⁠Training time flexible: 4:30pm–6:30pm or 5:00pm–7:00pm

Senior Men – Wednesdays

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and run training for our 5 senior men’s teams
•⁠ ⁠Approximately 25–30 players attending training
•⁠ ⁠Training from 5:00pm to approximately 7:30pm–8:00pm

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Coaching experience, particularly with junior and/or senior players
•⁠ ⁠Strong cricket knowledge and understanding of player development
•⁠ ⁠Ability to plan and deliver structured, engaging training sessions
•⁠ ⁠Good communication and leadership skills
•⁠ ⁠Someone who can bring energy, consistency and professionalism to our programs
•⁠ ⁠Relevant playing experience is highly regarded

Remuneration

Remuneration will be negotiated and determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications and the overall scope of the role.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a welcoming and ambitious cricket club and make a genuine impact across both our junior and senior programs.
