π Dan Bradley β Danβs taken up running these last few months and PBβd his 1km AND 5km times, with a 10km already on the horizon. That work outside the studio showed up inside it too, his MOCO Fit Race time dropped from 48 minutes down to 43. Thatβs the kind of carryover we love to see π₯.
πͺ Naveen M β The last man standing, every single time. If you follow us on socials you already know Naveen as the Friday 6pm regular who copped endless grief from the coaches for it. Known for grinding out cardio days 1-on-1 with coaches, pants and all, his consistency is unmatched and it paid off with 5 whole minutes shaved off his MOCO Race time.
