6 weeks. No focus on the mirror just performance, habits, and showing up. Here’s who smashed it πŸ‘‡

πŸƒ Dan Bradley – Dan’s taken up running these last few months and PB’d his 1km AND 5km times, with a 10km already on the horizon. That work outside the studio showed up inside it too, his MOCO Fit Race time dropped from 48 minutes down to 43. That’s the kind of carryover we love to see πŸ”₯.

πŸ’ͺ Naveen M – The last man standing, every single time. If you follow us on socials you already know Naveen as the Friday 6pm regular who copped endless grief from the coaches for it. Known for grinding out cardio days 1-on-1 with coaches, pants and all, his consistency is unmatched and it paid off with 5 whole minutes shaved off his MOCO Race time.

πŸ‹οΈ Sam King – The man on a mission. Six weeks of solid periodisation later, Sam PB’d across the board: bench, squat, deadlift AND 1-arm row. That’s not luck, that’s a plan executed to perfection πŸ“ˆ

🧑$4,000 for Pain for a Purpose 🧑

That's what this community raised for after Coach Mango and Coach Jamey took on the TENS machine challenge on Saturday- cranking the intensity up to feel a fraction of what so many women live with.

To everyone who donated, shared the fundraiser and cheered them on in the studio: thank you.

Endometriosis affects 1 in 7 Australian women and diagnosis still takes an average of 6–8 years. Funds like this go straight toward the research, education, and advocacy working to change that.

🌟 Member of the Month – Mandy Ma 🌟

Mandy is the definition of consistency. Between being a full-time working mum and juggling family life, she continues to show up, put in the work, and focus on improving her strength and technique.

One thing we love about Mandy is that she finds a way, not an excuse, she often brings her son along so she can get her training in. She even brought her partner Gary into the MOCO family, and now they're pros at juggling parenting duties between classes!
