✨ I’m Back on the Mat! ✨
After 16 weeks away from teaching, I’m so excited to be returning to the studio this week. 🤍
It’s been a long road of recovery, and I’ve missed sharing this beautiful practice, the energy of the room, and, most of all, seeing all of your wonderful faces.
I’ll be staggering my return over the coming weeks as I continue to rebuild my strength, and I’d love for you to join me at one of my classes this week:

✨ Back at the Studio ✨
Today was a special day — my first visit back to the studio since surgery 12 weeks ago.
After months of recovery, learning patience, and navigating more challenges than I ever imagined, it felt incredibly nourishing to walk through those familiar doors again. While my healing journey is still continuing, being back in the space that has been such a big part of my life filled my heart with gratitude.
The highlight was seeing so many of our wonderful Soul Seed students. Your smiles, hugs, kind words, and genuine care reminded me just how special this community is. Soul Seed has always been more than a yoga studio; it’s a place of connection, support, and belonging, and today I felt that deeply.
Thank you to everyone who has checked in, sent messages, and held me in your thoughts over these past months. Recovery is rarely a straight line, but moments like today are beautiful reminders of how far I’ve come and how fortunate I am to be surrounded by such an incredible community. 💛

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the year — a sacred turning point where darkness begins to soften and the light slowly returns.✨
💛To honour this powerful seasonal shift, Rachel will be offering a special Winter Solstice Workshop designed to embrace the introspective and healing qualities of winter.
Through a nourishing yin-based practice, participants will explore a range of supportive techniques including:

As the Buddhist saying goes, “This too shall pass.”
To me, this quote is a reminder that nothing stays the same forever. The pain, the discomfort, the waiting, the frustration — they are all temporary. But it is also a reminder that the good moments are temporary too, which is why it is so important to be present and grateful for them when they come🥰
It feels especially relevant right now, when the world can feel heavy and uncertain. With conflict, division, and so much tension in the news, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. This quote reminds me that difficult seasons do not last forever, and that even in uncertain times we can keep returning to hope, compassion, and steadiness.
Right now, I am trying to trust that my period of rest is part of the journey, not a pause from it. I am leaning into the lessons yoga has given me — patience, resilience, trust, and the ability to stay present even when things are hard. Hope you can do the same too.
