🚨 SATURDAY CLASS UPDATE 🚨

Due to our Adults BJJ Grading, all Saturday classes are cancelled except Kids Muay Thai (9:00–10:00am).

Come down from 10:00am and support everyone putting in the work to earn their next belt. It's always one of the toughest and best days on the Primal calendar. 👊🥋

NEW TIMETABLE | JUNE 28TH

We're making a few changes to help our classes run even better for both kids and adults.

From June 28th, our updated timetable will come into effect, with refreshed class times and a few new additions across the week.

The new timetable will be available for download on our website, and printed copies will also be available at reception.
