Al started her BFT journey at BFT ABBOTSFORD in January, 2023 before moving closer to our studio and joining us in September, 2024.

Al fit in perfectly from the get go, acing training consistency from the get go with partner Charlie Urwin

It didn’t take long for Al to settle in and we absolutely love having her a part of our community 🥰

Jess was previously a member at BFT Montmorency and trained here throughout. Jess officially came across to our studio this year and we have loved every minute since!

We truly admire Jess’ ‘no filter’, ‘say it how it is’ nature 😂. Jess is an absolute weapon when it comes to training and doesn’t hesitate to have a red hot crack 😮‍💨
